Insider Journeys had 6-8 eDM templates that need to be designed. These templates needed to be able to flexible enough to regularly contain different content and also needed to be made responsive.

Working with project leads across the business I set about designing these eDM templates and providing mobile and desktop designs to be delivered to consumers on a regular basis. This process included a certain number of feedback rounds before implementing the designs into their email client.
