Beer Belts Victoria Maps
Beer Belts Victoria launched in 2021 with the Bayside Beer Belt tours and now includes Eastside and Cityside tours. They run hop-on hop-off and private bus tours of each region, making it easy for beer and distillery lovers to visit their favourite breweries and distilleries. We were engaged last year to improve current maps and create new maps for new areas or tours.

— The Challenge
Challenge & Solution
With the Bayside and Eastside Beer Belt maps having already been created our challenge was to ensure future maps and any updates to current maps were kept inline with current branding and illustrative styles. We worked closely with the owner to keep these inline and to brief.
We were initially engaged to update the current Bayside and Eastside maps with new breweries and distilleries joining. Then, in 2024 the Cityside Tour was created. We were excited to work closely with Beer Belts Victoria to create the new map. We leveraged the current Eastside and Bayside Maps to create the new map, utilising the backgrounds, colours, fonts and iconography to create a map that worked for the new map whilst keeping inline with current styles.
This year Beer Belts Victoria also created their first walking map. This map needed to be a little different whilst staying inline with the branding and style of the previous maps. A little more localised and playful, this map is a bit more bold whilst still carrying that Beer Belts Victoria look.
