Challenge & Solution
During the Back to School Campaign for Williams Footwear, the company offers in store fittings which can book these fittings online. Using an online booking system that can be plugged into our website we were required to ensure this plug in was inline with the brands’ style.
We began by holding initial meetings with the plugin provider to walk through the flow of the plugin. Next, we conducted competitor research before implementing the first round of UI adjustments for the plugin. These updates were then shared with the wider project and marketing teams before sharing with the development team, who we collaborated closely with to ensure the designs were accurately executed.
